The Chunseong library was opened in November 2,1991, and in March 26, 1992, it changed its name to Chunseong library currently used according to the autonomous education law.

It manages culture classrooms such as the Korean painting classroom, calligraphy classroom, stancil classroom, and paper folding classroom, etc. regularly without a charge.
