We are endeavoring
to establish "Chuncheon, hope is flowing
through like the river!" ,where all
public officials work friendly and actively
with positive attitude, enterprising spirit,
and creative mind , and where hope runs
to the citizens and, at the same time, from
the citizens.
I want to share opinions with you if Chuncheon
city has proper understanding of the changing
era, and if we are on right direction.
