As a marathon
held in Chuncheon for commemorating the world
conquest of athlete Ham Gi-Yong, who came from
Chuncheon, who won in the Boston Marathon in 1950,
the Chuncheon lakeshore marathon in memory of
Ham Gi-Yong¡¯s world conquest was created
in order to meditate on the sweat and passion
of athlete Ham Gi-Yong, who obtained the golden
medal in the world wide Boston Marathon in 1950,
