-State the time, place, and nearby landmark that is
readily identifiable
-If there dead or injured, state the number of hurt
individuals and describe their injuries.
-State you name, address, and describe what has happened
at the scene since the accident

-Write down the license plate number of the other automobile.

4) Thing to Remember
-Ask for an ambulance if there are people in need of
